Job Description:

Key Staffing is hiring for a Salesperson to join our clients team, they are the leading choice in the Central Valley for large-scale fire, water, and mold property restoration! This role is not just about sales; it is about making a meaningful impact during times of crisis, delivering solutions that restore lives and properties to their best state.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the disaster restoration industry, including residential, commercial, and industrial clients.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, insurance adjusters, and other stakeholders to generate sales leads and secure contracts.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients to explain services, provide estimates, and negotiate contracts.
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and community activities to expand the company's visibility and generate new leads.
  • Coordinate with the operations and project management teams to ensure the smooth delivery of services according to client specifications.
  • Track sales progress, maintain client information in a CRM system, and report on sales activities and revenue growth.
  • Provide excellent post-sale customer service, ensuring satisfaction and addressing any issues or concerns that arise.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably within disaster restoration, construction, or a related industry.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish, with the ability to build rapport and effectively pitch services.
  • Ability to negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills to handle multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with the Bakersfield market and surrounding areas is a plus.
  • Understanding of disaster restoration services (e.g., fire, water, mold damage) or a willingness to learn the technical aspects.
  • Experience using CRM systems to track leads, manage client information, and generate reports.
  • A valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client visits and business development activities.
