- Product Preparation: Prepare salsa and guacamole daily, ensuring recipes are followed precisely and products meet quality standards.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, manage inventory, and coordinate with suppliers to ensure fresh and adequate product availability.
- Customer Service: Engage with customers, provide product information, and assist with any special requests or inquiries related to salsa and guacamole.
- Sanitation and Safety: Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhere to food safety regulations, and ensure proper handling and storage of ingredients.
- Sales Support: Assist in merchandising, including setting up displays, promoting specials, and keeping shelves well-stocked and visually appealing.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other associates to ensure a smooth and efficient operation, and support team members as needed.
Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods while maintaining focus and precision
- Capability to lift and move heavy items (up to 50 lbs)
- Skilled in both gross and fine manipulation
- Peripheral vision and near/far visual accuracy
- Effectively hear and respond to instructions in a bustling environment
- Manual dexterity for intricate culinary work
- Use of step-stools and ladders as needed
- Reaching above, at, and below waist level
- Ability to bend, stoop, kneel, twist, and move fluidly around
- Comfortable working in diverse temperatures (hot, humid, cold) and tolerating moderate amounts of dust and cleaning agents
- Able to handle a wide variety of fresh ingredients without adverse allergic reactions
- Maintain stability and balance while executing tasks efficiently
- Convey instructions clearly and communicate with team members effectively, even in busy or noisy environments
Qualifications:
