Overview:

The Sams Club Sales Analyst contributes to the success of PepsiCo, Inc. by facilitating all DSD beverage price changes, creating and communicating all new store openings and managing new items in a timely manner. Reporting into the Dir of Pricing, Execution, & Analysis, this professional will support the Beverage Sales Team by leading all reporting and analysis, pricing and new item setup, in an accurate and timely manner. Additionally, this person will communicate cross functionally internally and also externally.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead reporting and analysis for Sams Club Sales Team
  • Support Sales Sams Club leads with materials and analysis as needed for customer meetings
  • Facilitate pricing for Sams Club beverage portfolio
  • Setup new items in the Sams Club portal
  • Partner with internal and external partners such as Pepsi bottlers and customer as needed
  • Utilize Sams Club and Pepsi System to pull data for analysis and setup pricing
  • Prepare sales communication as needed for field team selling
  • Support PEP Field tools as needed for Sams Execution

Compensation & Benefits

  • The expected compensation range for this position is between $66,300 - $111,000 based on a full-time schedule.
  • Location, confirmed job-related skills and experience will be considered in setting actual starting salary.
  • Bonus based on performance and eligibility; target payout is 5% of annual salary paid out annually.
  • Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.

Qualifications:
  • 2-3 years of experience in CPG environment or customer service industry
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to understand and translate performance, identify opportunities & risks, and develop sales stories/forecasts
  • Communication: Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to send and receive information clearly and concisely
  • Time Management/Organization: Solid capability to manage and prioritize schedule
  • Planning/organizing skills: Capable of managing major projects simultaneously
  • Proficiency in Excel, Power Point, Word
  • Willingness and ability to learn/quickly adapt to other internal support systems
  • Independent & motivated individual; ability to receive direction and convert into an action plan with coaching and feedback
  • Team player
  • Continual learner, positive attitude
