Location: Kingsport,TN, USA
The Sample Facilitator will work with Eastman to ensure all sample central shipments are shipped out to the customers for testing based on the customer's requirements.
• Package all samples out of Sample Central• Responsible for executing shipping requirements for domestic and international samples• Required to work using SAP and other technologies• Order supplies via SAP and other methods• Maintain and adhere to current MSO guidelines
• Knowledgeable with SAP Software and Microsoft services including Excel• Knowledgeable of DG and GHS requirements• Ability to work in a very fast paced environment,• Ability to work on-site with the customer• Good communication skills and customer service skills
• High School diploma or equivalent required• Experience with haz-mat and other chemicals,• Experience with shipping both small partial and LTL shipments• Experience with domestic and international shipments
