Overview:
2020 Companies is partnering with Samsung Electronics America to hire seasonal full-time Samsung Brand Ambassadors!
Pay: $27.00/hour + completion bonus
Training: December 4th
In-Store Dates: December 6th - December 29th
Hours: Average 36 hours weekly
Are you outgoing? Can you talk to anyone? Do you love technology and home entertainment? This could be the perfect role! The Samsung Brand Ambassador will promote the client brand directly to consumers by providing hands-on product experiences at Best Buy and Costco locations. Success is measured by the total volume of engagements by product type and with the transition from awareness to consumer purchase, measured by overall unit sales and market share.
As an SBA, you will
* Focus on customer interaction, demos, and experience
* Create brand awareness by proactively interacting with consumers to generate interest and excitement
* Be a tech-savvy enthusiast who is passionate about engaging consumers
* Explain the benefits of the Samsung Electronics brand
* Take engaging customer photos and highlight the consumer experience

Job Description:
* Proactively engage consumers: Approach customers and invite them to experience Samsung products, highlighting their features and benefits. Engage them in conversation and create a positive and welcoming environment to showcase Samsung products
* Tailor interactions: Exhibit exceptional communication skills to engage customers of various ages and demographics. Tailor interactions to meet their needs and interests. Utilize self-awareness to gauge the effectiveness of customer interactions and make appropriate Samsung product solutions based on their needs
* Demonstrate product knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of Samsung's product line. Maintain knowledge of promotional campaigns, discounts, and special offers to communicate them to customers effectively
* Track and report engagements: Complete daily counts of engagements, submitting accurate records through systems to provide visibility to consumer traffic and interest levels
* Provide valuable insights: Submit insights gathered from interactions with consumers to leadership to enhance the overall customer experience and drive sales
* Participate in large-scale events: At times, groups of individuals may be selected to work large-scale events with groups of consumers or clients. Additional training will be provided for those selected
Qualifications:
* High school diploma or equivalent required; Business degree preferred
* Six (6) months prior sales, promotion, retail, hospitality or marketing experience
* Demonstrated knowledge of products and services
* Excellent communications, presentation, interpersonal and problem-solving skills, and ability to consistently showcase poise and professionalism
* Impeccable integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction
* Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, retail team environment
* Ability to maintain customer confidentiality
* Flexibility in schedule to work weekend or non-standard shifts/ reliable transportation
* Autonomous: able to work without direct supervision
