DescriptionThe Sander must act according to Leedo's core values: the PCMS of Tops procedures which place controls in Safety, Quality, Delivery and Cost. Our goal is making our customers successful, taking care of our team, pursuing excellence, and maximum efficiency.The Sander is responsible for ensuring that all RTF doors and fronts are sanded on a timely manner. Inspect the quality of the received material and perform housekeeping and MP duties as assigned by the SupervisorEssential Functions and Duties:
- Responsible of sanding all RTF doors and fronts cut on the Rovers
- Responsible of checking the quality of RTF doors and fronts, making sure are good quality
- Respnsible to verify the packages are complete
- Responsible of ordering all missing doors and fronts.
- Responsible for maintaining and able to comply with company standards for sanding RTF doors and fronts in an error free manner.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Must be able to physically perform daily tasks, which include lifting items weighing in excess of 50 lbs or more.
- Must be able to understand basic instructions from the Supervisor/ and or Team Lead.
- Must have a strong sense of urgency in completing assigned daily duties.
- Must have a basic ability for reading and writing and be able to decipher the different measurements of Tops.
- Must have a high school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent. Will take work experience in lieu of Education.
- Factory Distribution environment will include some heavy lifting, and areas where eye protection, hearing protection, and respirators are required.
