Annual Security Report Notice

Sands College of Performing Arts is hiring a Student Aide to work directly with the Administrative Manager and General Manager in an administrative capacity.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
* -Assist with calendar management and department/program communication, particularly the student signout sheets
* -Assisting with room resources and classrooms management
* -Assisting with program events and planning
* -General clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, shredding, sending faxes and other duties as assigned
* -Perform other such duties and responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time
QUALIFICATIONS:
* -Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
* -Ability to handle confidential information in a discreet manner
* -Strong written and verbal communication skills
* -Reliable and patient with visitors
* -Office experience a plus
* -Ability to work independently
* -Strong customer service and organizational skills
