NO late nights, and we are CLOSED on Sundays!**Summary of Position**Prepare a variety of products including chicken salads, pimento cheese, side salads, soups, sauces, cookies, desserts, and other food products using a variety of equipment and utensils. Strict adherence to CSC standards for recipes, Speed of Service (SOS) goals and products is required and must maintain kitchen cleanliness/sanitation standards.**Requirements and Responsibilities:**We are looking for applicants who exhibit the following qualities:+ Consistency and Reliability+ Cheerful and Positive Attitude+ Values Teamwork+ Loves Serving and Helping Others+ Essential job functions require maintaining physical condition necessary for bending, stooping, reaching/lifting arms above head, and standing and/or walking for prolonged periods of time+ Must be able to lift 25 - 50 lbs.**We ask you to:**+ Adhere to Brand Standards for uniform appearance and personal grooming.+ Complete duties on opening and closing prep and checklists.+ Refer to Daily Prep List at the start of each shift for assigned duties.+ Prepare a variety of food products including chicken salads, pimento cheese, side salads, soups, sauces, cookies, desserts, and other items for cooking/serving to Guest according to CSC recipe and product standards.+ Understand and comply consistently with CSC standard portion sizes, cooking methods, quality standards and kitchen rules, policies and procedures.+ Prepare all Guest orders with strict adherence to CSC standards for quality, portioning and appearance standards.+ Prepare all Guest orders adhering to CSC SOS goals.+ Prepare all food products in accordance with CSC portion sizes and recipe specifications.+ Maintain a clean and sanitary workstation including tables, shelves, walls, steamer, sandwich line, and refrigeration equipment.+ Close the line kitchen properly, following the closing checklist for line kitchen and assists others in closing the kitchen.+ Attend all scheduled employee meetings and brings suggestions for improvement.+ Promptly report equipment and food quality problems to Management.+ Inform Management immediately of product shortages.+ Use our Standard Recipe Cards for preparing all products.+ Perform other related duties as assigned by the Management.Applicants will also be expected to be able to work on their feet for several hours at a time and lift potentially heavy objects when necessary.
