This position is exposed to multiple refrigerated areas within production. The company currently employs more than 11,000 Associates globally.Join us at Bonduelle Fresh Americas for an opportunity to advance your career in a culture that places people first and makes contributing to a better future through plant-based food our top priority.Key Responsibilities: Follow all GMP procedures.Follow all Food Safety, Food Quality, and Food Security Policies.Report any equipment failure to the Sanitation Manager/Supervisor.Set up and tear down production equipment as needed to perform specific cleaning applications.Use chemicals to clean and sanitize food contact and non-food contact surfaces.Inspect all equipment before releasing the line to the Sanitation Manager/Supervisor for inspection.Responsible for documentation of job tasks performed on sanitation checklist.Must wear protective equipment and follow all safety procedures (PPEs).Use basic cleaning hand tools to ensure proper and safe cleaning of conveyor belts, floors/walls, trash dock, and other areas of the facility.Perform other duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications: Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds frequently.Must be able to perform tasks under strict time limits.Willingness to work in a cold environment.Able to work flexible schedule.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Ability to work independently and in a team environment.Ability to multitask.Ability to understand plant KPIs (production, quality & safety). Physical Work Environment:While performing the duties of this job, this position entails use of ladders and catwalks to reach production equipment, regularly works near moving mechanical parts, and is regularly exposed to extreme cold for extended periods of time. The associate frequently works in high, precarious places. The associate is occasionally exposed to wet and/or humid conditions, fumes or airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals, and risk of electrical shock.
