Description Key Responsibilities: We are seeking a Sanitation Associate responsible for overall cleanliness of the warehouse, assists with various maintenance projects, and warehouse tasks as needed. Hours are flexible. Essential Functions:
- Cleans and maintains common areas including but not limited to: bathrooms, break areas, front office, refrigerators, warehouse zones.
- Maintains clean workspace of any debris
- Disposes of any and all trash related items, i.e. cardboard boxes
- Effectively and accurately completes maintenance tasks and functions as assigned
- Communicates issues, opportunities and obstacles as they arise

- Able to use scanners in conjunction with the inventory system
- Checks and restocks merchandise & inventory, inspect for damage, and verify counts rates on a consistent basis

- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
- Ability to work effectively within a diverse population and workforce both individually and as part of a team
- Must be able to utilize pallet jacks as needed; complete appropriate pre-trip/post-trip inspection and maintenance paperwork
- Completion of any documentation associated with current assigned function
- Comply with federal, state, local, OSHA, and company policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Perform other duties and/or work in other departments of work location as assigned
Requirements CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred
- Successfully complete a pre-employment drug test
- Wear appropriate footwear protection and other Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as directed by Company policy
- Acknowledgement of and adherence to all Company policies and procedures as contained within the Fisher Auto Parts Employee and Driver's Handbooks
PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORKING ENVIRONMENT:
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs. unassisted
- Frequently required to walk, stand, sit, reach, lift, carry, bend, kneel, squat, and stoop
- Also required to climb, push/pull, balance, crouch or crawl, talk, speak, and hear
- Specific vision abilities include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus
- May be occasionally exposed to wet and/or humid conditions, moving mechanical parts and/or vehicles, high/precarious places, toxic or caustic chemicals, outside weather conditions, various degrees of cold and heat, risk of electrical shock, items of bulky or varying weight, risk of explosion, and/or vibration. Noise level may be moderate to heavy
