oDemonstrates a strong understanding of the Sanitation schedule* Must be able to work from 10pm - 5am, available on weekends* oDemonstrates a strong understanding of the sanitation cycle consistent with HACCP, USDA, GMP, and AIB guidelines* oCleans and sanitizes work areas and equipment according to established time constraints and quality standards* oFollows guidelines for proper use and safety of chemicals and equipment* oMaintains a safe, clean, organized work area throughout the facility and common areas* oDemonstrates a sense of urgency in regards to daily duties: cleaning, washing, dusting, organizing, mopping, sweeping and trash removal* oComplies with GMP rules and regulations* oTakes ownership of food safety standards and prevents cross contamination* oSafely operates all warehouse equipment to prevent damages or injuries* oConsistently comes to work on time and as per scheduled* oArrives to work on time and consistentlyQualifications:Education: No education level neededExperience: No experience needed, will train
