Job Description:

Sanitation Lead - 2nd & 3rd shifts available What's The Job? The focus of this position is to support the packaging operations and will be the first point of contact on a daily basis for sanitation issues. This person will report directly to the Quality Supervisor. This person will often be the first point of contact with sanitation questions or issues. This position will be required to lead staff and provide daily work assignments while also ensuring productivity, quality and safety. What You'll Be Doing, Stop Scanning and Read This Part

  • Work with Packaging, Dispensing, and Blending to accomplish established goals.
  • Clean and maintain washroom drains, floors, walls, etc.
  • Audit staff to ensure accuracy in the sanitation process
  • Report any sanitation issues to the Supervisor.
  • Complete and maintain any required documentation, log books, etc. as required.
  • Perform daily cleaning of vibratory machines and filler parts, including. scrubbing, washing, sanitizing and drying.
  • Perform daily cleaning of pallets, drums, bins, scops, etc., including scrubbing, washing, sanitizing and drying.
  • Restock all cleaning supplies needed for lite, full and deep cleans.
  • Restock and maintain all racks used for storage of allergen or non-allergen designated vibratory machines.
  • Maintain cleaning supplies and communicates needs to superviso r
  • Assist during change-over, cleaning and end of shift activities.
  • Initiatives: Fully engage with company initiatives identified as critical to the success of business.
  • Other duties as assigned
What You've Done And Who You Are
  • 1-2 years of prior lead experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Able to support, train and provide guidance to assigned team members
  • Computer literacy required, G-Suite or Slack experience preferred
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple assignments
  • Excellent time management
  • Bilingual required
  • Process improvement mindset
  • Experience and desire to support a culture built on collaboration, sharing of ideas and celebration of successes as well as drive for positive outcomes with cross-functional teams.
