SUMMARY: This full-time, regular/at-will position is integral to maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene within our food processing facility. As a Sanitation Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the sanitation team and ensuring that all areas of the plant are cleaned and sanitized according to industry regulations and company policies. Your role will involve developing and implementing sanitation protocols, training staff on proper sanitation practices, and conducting regular inspections to ensure compliance with food safety standards. You will also be responsible for managing the sanitation budget, ordering cleaning supplies, and maintaining records of sanitation activities. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of sanitation processes within the food industry and be able to lead a team effectively. - Proven leadership and team management abilities

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in a sanitation role within the food industry
- Experience supervising a team in a food processing or manufacturing environment
- Track record of maintaining compliance with food safety standards and regulations
- Prior experience conducting training sessions on sanitation and safety practices
- Experience in conducting inspections and audits related to sanitation and hygiene
- History of working collaboratively with other departments to ensure company-wide sanitation compliance
