Potential candidates for this position must possess a moderate level of technical abilities and be capable of completing specialized safety training.Employee Type:Full timeLocation:MO St LouisJob Type:Production GroupJob Posting Title:Sanitation Team MemberJob Description:Responsibilities:Break down, clean, and sanitize food-processing equipmentRegularly work in confined spaces such as dryers, and semolina silosPerform general cleaning and maintenance of structural components such as walls, floors, HVAC units and ductwork, lights, pipes, windows, and ceilingsRegularly clean and maintain auxiliary rooms, structures, and outside areas of facilityProperly mix and safely apply cleaning and sanitizing chemicals when necessaryMaintain and complete OSHA, food safety and HACCP paperwork associated with the positionPeriodically perform or participate in GMP or Food Safety audits.
