What You'll Do:

The Industrial Sanitation Technician position is responsible for general janitorial tasks that are part of the Sanitation Program. This is general cleaning of common areas such as lunch room, rest rooms, offices and trash pickup and removal. Additional duties would involve supporting the production team with industrial sanitation needs. This position reports to the Sanitation Supervisor. In the absence of the Industrial Sanitation employee, another Industrial Sanitation employee will serve as backup. We offer multiple career paths, training in GMP, HACCP, food safety and food production related subjects.

What You'll Need to Succeed:

* High School graduate or equivalent required.

* Fundamental mathematical skills, including the ability to compute percentages.

* 1 yr. Manufacturing experience, preferably in a chemical or food processing facility.

* Chemical handling experience and/or safety training.

* 6 mo. Prior lift truck operation and safety certification.

* Use of MS products required, SAP software preferred.

* Attend work as scheduled and availability to work overtime if needed.
