PurposeThe Sanitation Utilities is responsible for the cleanliness in the office areas and in manufacturing/production areas.AccountabilitiesComplete daily checklists as requiredDump trash in office areas, replace trash bags as neededSweep and mop office areasMaintain bathroom cleanliness in office areasFollow all standard operating procedures as well as requirement set by HACCP and FAMI-QSPractice proper and safe use of all company equipmentManage time for most effective way to utilize it for accountability growthComplete all checklist as requiredNotifies management of any material issuesParticipate in team huddles and CONNECTSKnow ones culture index and utilize daily in all aspects of workAdheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codesCompliant with all PPE policiesMaintains a positive and respectful attitude during all aspects of work including emails, phone calls, and peer interactionsPerforms other duties as assignedQualificationsAbility to pass a written and driving exam to prove capability of safely operating a forkliftPhysically able to lift and move 50lb on a regular reoccurring basisWilling and able to wear the necessary Personal Protection equipment (PPE) (i.e. hard hats, safety glasses, face shield, chemical suit,respirator, ear plugs, hearing protection, steel-toe boots or safety shoes and other PPE required by specific jobs)Willing and able to work evening hours, overtime, weekends, and holidays, as neededOther QualificationsRequired educationsHigh school diploma or GEDSkillsProblem Solving Skills, Strong Communication Skills, Planning and Organizational SkillsExcellent personal motivationAttention to detail and accuracy while multitasking as necessaryStrong organizational skills as well as good written and verbal communication skillsPositive attitude and unquestionable ethics
