Sanitation Duties and Responsibilities:Perform all functions of sanitation in Production facility, trash removal, mopping, scrubbing, sweeping and detail cleaningMaintain and clean all equipment such as bread and bun racks and machineryDisassemble/resemble and clean/sanitize bread machine partsMaintain and clean work all work areas throughout the entire plant, dump trash and carry buns to dumpstersVarious other sanitation duties may be assigned by the Sanitation ManagerAbility to establish and maintain effective working relationship with employees and supervisors.Ability to communicate effectively with customers, peers, and management.Ability to work independently and/or in group, with minor supervisionSelf-motivatorSome knowledge of Lock Out Tag Out (LOTO), preferredWorking knowledge with CIP/cleaning chemicals, preferred (Training will be provided)Work environment is mostly indoors environment with the noise levels ranging from moderate to various areas requiring hearing protection.Perform other duties as assigned.*Job duties may be modified at any time.
