Title:Sanitation Worker, 3rd ShiftReq ID: 5888 City, State:Wells, MN, Minnesota (US-MN) Reports to:Sanitation Supervisor Department:3rd Shift Sanitation Wells Classification:Nonexempt Title: Sanitation Technician 1,3rd Shift City, State: Wells, MN Reports to: Sanitation Supervisor or Lead Department: 3rd Shift Sanitation Wells Classification: Full-Time, Hourly, Nonexempt Physical Classification: 1-17 (see Back & Task Chart) Hours: 9:30 p.m.- 5:30 a.m. (Hours May Vary) Wage:$24.23 JOB SUMMARY: Disassemble, clean and assemble all plant food processing equipment by using high- and low-pressure hot water, corrosive chemicals and other cleaning equipment. SHIPPING JOB DUTIES: Disassemble food-processing equipment as necessary. Clean equipment and overhead areas, using a variety of equipment, including high-pressure hot water hoses, chemicals, foamers, sanitizers scrubbing equipment, etc. Reassemble equipment and prepare for the next day's food production. Frequently bend, lift, climb and twist throughout the work shift. Perform other duties as assigned. Dry pick up. Drain the fryer properly. Tear down the filter for cleaning. Gel the fryer, filter, and the conveyor. Then foam the fryer, filter, and the conveyor. High pressure the room clean, checking for any deficiencies. Flush the fryer pipe and fill the fryer for the following days production. Then set the fryer temperature. Boil the fryer once a week. WORKING CONDITIONS: High noise, varied temperatures (warm to cold), slippery floors, moving equipment and dust may be present. Wear appropriate PPE and other equipment as necessary or required. QUALIFICATIONS: Display positive attitude and teamwork skills. Must be able to stand and walk up to 8 hours per day. Ability to frequently bend, lift and twist. Must pass the company physical classification test for essential functions of the position.
