Job Description: Pay Range $14hr - $19hr Responsibilities:

• Responsible for cleaning of the formulation complexes.
• Routinely complies with cGMP's, departmental SOP's and company policies, and maintains accurate documentation for each activity performed.
• The Sanitizer reports directly to the Formulation Supervisor.
• Principal Activities Performed by the Incumbent:
• Performs daily, weekly, and monthly department cleaning.
• Fills out logbooks accurately when recording cleaning activities.
• Strictly adheres to SOP's, cGMP's, safety requirements and company policies.
• ssumes other cleaning duties as directed by Supervision.

Education:

• High School Diploma/GED.

Minimum Year(s) Experience:

• Entry Level.
