Responsibilities:Read the overview of this opportunity to understand what skills, including and relevant soft skills and software package proficiencies, are required.Responsible for the provision and continuity of ERP Services USA locations, liaising and working closely with the USA SAP and IT Team. You would be responsible for the management and maintenance of the ERP Systems and be the go-to person for any system issues or training. You may be required to give ad Hoc support to external customers, which would be under the management/guidance of the IT Manager.Ensuring that confidentiality is a provided at all times and alignment with GDPR Processes. You would be responsible for maintaining day to day ERP throughout the business environment, prioritizing work, ensuring minimal impact to the business as well as supporting the IT team with basic IT Support to staff as and when required.Ensuring corporate IT guidelines and policies are following, as well building relationships with all internal and external customers, ensuring excellent customer services throughout.Supporting the USA IT Team on IT Projects.Key Tasks:Management and maintenance of SAP Business One V 9.3.SAP Business One consulting and support.Create/Edit Query SQL SAP & MySQL.Excel reporting.Creation of Power BI reports.First level support for IT problems.Assistance with new SAP projects.Create/edit Crystal reportsPerforms other duties established by the management of the company, within the limits of the legal provisions in force.Create/edit Crystal reportsAny other duties as required in line with business requirements.Experience Required:Proven experience within ERP/IT environment (manufacturing background would be advantageous) as well as within a global organizationDemonstrate past experience of working autonomously, as well as proven knowledge of best practices and experience of working within a manufacturing organization.Must have experience in implementing new process, systems and continuous improvement initiatives for a centralized IT function of global business.Solid IT skills, including proficiency in relevant IT packages including SAP Business 1, SQL, SAP, MySQL and Crystal reporting.Ability to lead and work on own initiative and make decisions within complex situations as well as problem solve.Excellent analytical and organizational skills.Ability to work independently with little supervision, but integrate well into teams.Be able to work in a fast paced, high-pressured environment.Ability to be flexible.Must have exceptional analytical and technical aptitudeProficiencies:Proficient in Microsoft office 365SAP B1SQL, MySQLPower BISAP modules within CRMPosition can be fully remote for the right experience with 40% travel per year.#IND123Remote working/work at home options are available for this role.
