Job Description POSITION TITLE: SAP Data Entry Clerk SUMMARY: The Data Entry Clerk will be a member of the Manufacturing Quality Assurance team. The Data Entry Clerks primary responsibility will be creating/migrating existing inspection plans to an SAP platform. REPORTING TO/DEPARTMENT: Reports to the Manufacturing Quality Assurance Manager. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Utilize SAP software to accurately create and maintain inspection plans based on established guidelines and specifications. Enter data into SAP system with precision and ensure all information is correct and up-to-date. Verify accuracy of entered data to maintain integrity of inspection plans. Maintain organized records of inspection plans and related documentation, ensuring accessibility and compliance with company standards. Work closely with other team members, including Quality Assurance and Production teams, to ensure alignment of inspection plans with operational requirements. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Preferred or Desired: Familiarity with SAP software, particularly in creating inspection plans. Basic understanding of quality control processes and procedures Required: Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation. Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment. To qualify for this position, candidates must be able to furnish proof that they are authorized to work in the country they are applying on a permanent basis without sponsorship.
