Chemours is seeking a Site SAP Document Control Technician to join Washington Works team! This position will report directly to the Site Maintenance & Contract Manager at our Parkersburg, WV location. The Site SAP Document Control Technician will work under the direct supervision and within established procedures assists with the area. The responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Resolves all I-Pays for Production, Maintenance and Contracting
- Assists Operations and Maintenance in creating Purchase Orders
- Assists Procurement in resolving pay issues
- Site lead and contact for all contractor and vendor support for billing issues
- Responsible for creating month end report for I-Pay and Purchase Orders for vendors
- Create PO's and paper checks in SRM
- Assist with processing Mechanical inspection reports in ETQ
- Assist in completing No Charge Shippers for Production and Maintenance
- Assist Operations, Maintenance and Technology organizations will the management of all controlled documents as defined in our Process Safety Management [PSM] System.
- Support Changes of Design (COD's) packages developed by the MT organization.
- Support Capital Project documentation developed by the MT organization.
- Support EOI's/TA's documentation developed by the MT organization.
- Revise and upgrade Operating Procedures, Technology Standards, Incident Investigations, EHS Manual, MIQA Manual, HR Manual, Quality Manual, Lab Manual, etc.
- Assist Technology Guardians to ensure that the area process documentation is up to date, including drawing updates.
- Monitor and ensure standardized processes and procedures are being followed by project teams
- Ensure good communications and alignment amongst various stakeholders
- Perform document control responsibilities on projects, as needed
- Ability to manipulate data, run reports, design reporting, updating, and revising technical standards; maintain drawing files, technical writing of data, maintaining technical library. The following is required for this role:
- HS Diploma and/or GED
- Strong knowledge with SAP
- Knowledge of billing
- Previous experience in document control and/or related military experience
- Strong knowledge ofMicrosoft Office Suite
- Excellent written communication skills, and an understanding of technical writing.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize work assignments and organizational skills. The following is preferred for this role:
