Cognizant Technology Solutions is currently seeking a highly skilled SAP GTS Consultant who will be catering to the North America customers and involves supporting proactive and reactive business opportunities such as managed services and transformation. The individual will be closely working with our onsite sales / delivery teams, and participate in solution discussions, and workshops.

Job Level: Senior Manager

Location: Pittsburgh, PA. Work from home - Hybrid.

Duration: Full Time only - Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.

Job Summary

We are seeking a Sr. Functional Architect with 13+ years of experience specializing in SAP GTS. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Research and Development and Regulatory Compliance. This hybrid role requires a deep understanding of SAP GTS and the ability to drive compliance and innovation within the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and implementation of SAP GTS solutions to meet business requirements.
• Be responsible for the integration of SAP GTS with other systems to ensure seamless operations.
• Provide expert guidance on SAP GTS functionalities and standard processes.
• Collaborate with multi-functional teams to drive compliance and innovation.
• Ensure that SAP GTS solutions enforce to regulatory compliance standards.
• Conduct thorough analysis of business processes to identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and maintain documentation for SAP GTS configurations and processes.
• Train and mentor team members on SAP GTS functionalities and standard methodologies.
• Monitor and fix SAP GTS issues to ensure system stability and performance.
• Work closely with customers to capture requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Support the development and execution of test plans to ensure the quality of SAP GTS solutions.
• Stay updated on the latest SAP GTS developments and industry trends.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of SAP GTS solutions.

Qualifications

• 13+ years of experience in SAP GTS.
• Demonstrate strong expertise in Research and Development and Regulatory Compliance.
• Exhibit excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Show proficiency in integrating SAP GTS with other systems.
• Consistent track record of leading SAP GTS projects.
• Mentor and train team members.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Hold a relevant certification in SAP GTS.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
