**Position Summary:**

The SAP Inventory Coordinator will be accountable for all inventory activities at BestCo (Mazeppa). Responsible for cycle count program. At the direction of the Manufacturing Manager with input from Supply Chain and Finance, processes hold activities (raw materials, packaging, and semifinished goods) ensuring all held items are accounted for, managed, and controlled in accordance with company SOPs. Support MRB notifications ensuring accuracy and compliance with company SOPs. Supports all external inventory audits. Supports Scrap Ticket program ensuring tickets are processed properly and accurately. Investigate and analyze all adjustments and variances and propose process corrections and improvements.

**BestCo is currently searching for a SAP Inventory Coordinator to be located at our Mooresville, North Carolina facility.**

**Essential Duties:**

* Routinely audits inbound production supply handling units to ensure inventory accuracy and prevent production stoppages

* Identify and count manufacturing inventory bin locations per day in the rack storage bins, production supply storage bins, as well as good receipt storage bins.

* Process and correct discovered inventory variances through physical inventory adjustments, scrapping, or process order goods movements.

* Ensure that cycle counts requested by customers/suppliers are completed and submit physical inventory documents as required.

* Ensure all cycle count activity is updated and recorded in a timely basis.

* Report root causes and propose solution options.

* Routinely audits batch records to ensure inventory consumption/backflushing accuracy

* Support management of process orders, which includes processing goods movements, processing goods movement errors, and completing the technically complete process

* Hold notifications are processed and any issues communicated to management.

* Work with QA to verify any discrepancies that may be found within batch records.

* Use a variety of exception reports to expedite the resolution of any inventory issues, including missing pallets or pallets that were missed during scanning.

* Ensure accuracy of RTSs (Return to Stores) by auditing outbound handling units returning to distribution center.

* Audit finished good handling units leaving production areas to validate the correct pounds or finished cases are being documented properly

* Perform other duties as required

**Scope of Responsibility:** Inventory adjustments will be reviewed and approved by management before processing. All inventory adjustments must be reviewed for materiality.

**Supervisory Responsibility:** This job has no supervisory responsibilities.

**Knowledge and Skill Requirements:**

Must be able to complete very accurate work, familiar with or able to quickly learn the impact of inventory transactions on balance-on-hand accuracy

**Required Qualifications:**

* High School Diploma or GED

* At least 2 years of warehouse, inventory control, or manufacturing experience

* Prior experience with computerized inventory control or warehouse management systems

* Experience using barcode scanners

* Basic Microsoft Office skills including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook and Teams

* Must be able to do simple calculations - add, subtract, multiply, divide, fractions, and percentages

* Must be able/available to work hours required may include irregular, extended, or holiday hours

**Preferred Qualifications:**

* Associates degree or higher in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a business-related field

* cGMP knowledge

* SAP S/4 HANA and SAP S/4 HANA Extended Warehouse Management knowledge/experience

* Familiarity SAP RFUI

* Experience with man up lifts, scissor lifts, or similar machinery a plus.

* Licensed forklift operator
