****Job Purpose****
The SAP Business Analyst II WM/SD/MM position will be part of the SAP Service Delivery organization. The position will be primarily focused on Warehouse Management and Inventory Management implementation and support activities in SAP ECC 6.0 business suite on HANA in the Americas. The ideal candidate will understand how EnerSys operates these functions and will work to ensure EnerSys operates with world-class processes.
The SAP Business Analyst II WM/SD/MM will work collaboratively with the rest of the SAP Program Team and business process owners to identify, define, document, configure, test and deliver SAP warehouse / inventory management solutions in a manufacturing environment. The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team atmosphere is critical.
****Essential Duties and Responsibilities****
- Works with cross-functional groups to identify and develop solutions to business issues and opportunities, including SAP SD, MM, PP, FI and QM. This includes all reports, interfaces, conversions, extractions, and forms (RICEFW) in their area of expertise.
- Collaborates with assigned Business Process Lead and business owners to ensure business requirements are fully documented / understood.
- Defines functional / technical specifications for change requests and configures solutions or works with the development team for completion.
- Works based on SAP ASAP method, including: design, configuration, development, testing, user acceptance testing, training / creation of training material, and Hyper Care for SAP projects.
- Ensures that all applications deliver a consistently high level of quality.
- Supports education/cultivation of SAP Super Users in the business. Provides guidance to the user community on the use and best practices of the application.
- Performs 2nd level application support in the Center Of Excellence (COE).
- Supports SAP ECC upgrades, as well as audit and compliance efforts.
- Responsible to work with external consultants for 3rd level support as required.
- Other duties as required.

**Education and/or Experience**
* Requires BS degree in Computer Science or appropriate experience.
* A strong working knowledge of / experience with warehouse operations, material movement, plant operations, and end-to-end supply chain management.
* Minimum of 5 years working experience in SAP WM and adjacent functional areas, and project/production support experience with ECC 6.0.
* Experience leading solution delivery for SAP WM capabilities as part of medium to large scale implementations.
**Computer Skills**
* SAP WM configuration (storage types, picking strategies, storage section, etc.).
* SAP MM/IM configuration (movement types, physical inventory and cycle counting, handling units).
* SAP SD/LE configuration (deliveries, shipments, item categories, route determination).
* WM, MM and SD/LE output configuration (Transfer Order forms, Material document forms, Pick/Pack/BOL).
* WM RF transactions.
* WM production supply processes, including production supply area and control cycles.
* Handling Units & Storage units in the warehouse.
* Serial number management and batch management in IM and WM.
* Outbound logistics for Sales Orders and Stock Transport Orders.
* Familiar with product specific BAPI/Function Modules/Enhancements.
* Integration with QM including Batch Management, Inspection lot processing, Batch characteristics and serial number characteristics.
* Basic PP knowledge (components, COGI, etc.).
* Strong knowledge of Material Master.
* Understanding of legacy versions of SAP and experience with upgrades/migrations to ECC 6.0 on HANA.
* Understanding of S/4 HANA a plus.
* Manufacturing with Aerospace and Defense experience a plus.
