Essential Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Configure, implement, and support SAP Materials Management & Quality Management.
  • Facilitate the implementation and support of SAP MM.
  • Support the Vishay S4/HANA journey.
  • Ability to represent MM team on multi-functional projects.
  • Support users in all aspects of SAP MM usage.
  • Support and guide users in creating test cases, training documents, process documents.
  • Maintain and create all required documentation.
  • Ability to trouble shoot problems in existing implementations, recommending, and implementing solutions.
  • Review standard SAP functionalities which can be incorporated for efficient use of our current SAP implementation.
  • Analyse new SAP functionalities which come with new releases and upgrades.
  • Ability to generate development requests and specifications for ABAP programmers to develop customized functionality or new reports to meet business requirements.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or Electrical and Computer Engineering (preferable).
  • Experience working in SAP analyst role including experience with SAP MM.
  • Multiple end to end project experience.
  • Good understanding of integration with PP, SD, WM, and FICO modules.
  • Familiarity with batch management, classification, engineering change management, handling unit management and use of serial numbers.
  • Proficient level of knowledge in tools like LSMW and Query reports.
  • Excellent oral and written English communication skills (mandatory).
  • Good at expressing, communicating, and coordinating, analyzing, and solving problems.
  • Willing to take business trip abroad.
