Title: SAP PPDS LeadLocation: Northeastern Region (Hybrid)Description:The SAP PPDS Lead will spearhead the design and implementation of the Production Planning and Detailed Scheduling (PPDS) module within SAP S/4 HANA. This position collaborates with global stakeholders and IT teams to optimize production planning and scheduling processes, ensuring robust systems capabilities.Duties and Responsibilities:Act as the primary point of contact for the global implementation of the SAP PPDS solution, collaborating to identify best practices and drive solution design.Analyze gaps in business processes, develop test plans, and translate requirements into specifications for technical teams.Support system operations, including user assistance, troubleshooting, and configuration of the PPDS module.Manage change processes, including communication, functional testing, user acceptance testing, and ongoing support.Lead end-user support initiatives, including training and system project coordination for necessary configuration or programming changes.Direct master data uploads and other essential activities to ensure business continuity.Deliver professional training materials and coordinate with training staff to ensure effective knowledge transfer.Required Skills:Bachelors degree in computer science, business, or a related field; SAP certification in PPDS or similar areas is preferred.Over 10 years of hands-on SAP ERP configuration experience, including at least 3-4 years with SAP S/4 APO PPDS.Expertise in PPDS functionalities such as capacity planning, detailed scheduling, and planning boards.Proficiency in configuring and implementing PPDS solutions, including handling large volumes of custom production orders.Deep knowledge of PPDS master data, heuristics, and SAP S/4 HANA architecture.Strong analytical and interpersonal communication skills.Proven ability to translate business requirements into automated, impactful systems.Desired Skills:Experience with process documentation, including diagrams and project standards.Demonstrated success in implementing and supporting solution rollouts.Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.Employment Type:Full-TimeCompensation:Pay range: $105k-150k/yearBenefits:A comprehensive benefits package is offered; reach out to your Mitchell Martin Recruiter @...@itmmi.com to find out more.EEO StatementLearn more about our EEO policy .#LI-TM1
