- 5 years of professional experience in Release Management and/or combination of Release Management and project management
- Preferably with BPC or S4
- Experience in large enterprise level environments and matrix organizations

As FIT Release Manager you will be responsible for the end-to-end release calendar, the annual release plan and delivery of medium and major FIT releases for the FIT core and global applications. You are responsible to own and drive continuous improvement and optimization of the Release management process to ensure smooth deployment of IT changed and services delivered to the FIT user community. You work with Release Managers outside the FIT area to align on major releases and, overall release and freeze planning.
Requirements: - 5 years of professional experience in Release Management and/or combination of Release Management and project management (preferably with exposure to SAP S/4, but not required)
- Experience in large enterprise level environments and matrix organizations
- Understanding of ITIL methodology and effective operations and delivery governance methods
- Knowledge and experience of Agile delivery methods like SCRUM/Kanban is an advantage
- Excellent analytical and organizational skills with a high level of solution orientation and a risk management oriented approach
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Ability to think beyond (organizational) boundaries and take responsibility even in areas outside of own responsibility
- Pluses: Knowledge of SAP Transportation management, ChaRM or Active Control/Rev-Track, HPQC (ALM) and Jira
