  • responsible for the overall integration architecture and design of all the integrations and interfaces to meet the business
  • Responsible for developing Level-3 end-to-end integration design by adopting the integration design standards.
  • Responsible for integration design governance and design quality.
  • Facilitates integration design review board and approves all the level-3 integration design changes. Responsible to maintain all integration design artifacts and track them.
  • Responsible for maintaining architecture and design decision records. Champions a structured approach to end-to-end integration solution design.
  • Responsible for end-to-end design of all integrations (includes, Application Integrations with middleware or without and data integrations)
  • Document design standards, patterns, use cases and leve-3 design diagrams for all interfaces in scope.
  • Define design quality metrics and periodically report it.
  • Partner with Enterprise Architects and other domain architects to align on the design roadmap across product groups and products. Contribute to the Level-1 and Level-2 architecture design decisions. Assist in the establishment of an Integration Architecture practice, and the adoption of an architecture and standards methodology.
  • Manages activites that take place during solution idea, on, solution design, and solution implementation.
  • Directs the identification and recommendation of appropriate solutions, frameworks, upgrades, replacements, or decommissioning options incorporating business process improvements, performance optimization, improved usability, decrease total cost of ownership, or eliminate/reduce risks.
  • Designs integration solutions which promotes reusability and agility.
  • Define standard non-functional requirements, and design interfaces for performance, operational reliability and effective recovery.
  • Influence satellite system product owners and architects to adopt updated integration standards.
  • Influences changes to process standards and integration standards when necessary.
  • Influence the functional teams and TPOs to design interfaces based on data objects mindset.
  • Develop and design solutions that advances the maturity of end-to-end error handling, monitoring and observability.
  • Provides analysis of security protection solutions as necessary.
  • Anticipate new patterns and use cases proactively and propose POCs (or T&Ls or technical feasibility studies) and lead them to completion, to de-risk project, timelines.
  • Partners with engineering to ensure that technical implementations are aligned to the architecture design.
  • Increase integration design standards awareness, by continuously coaching the functional teams, technical teams and other key stakeholders.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 15-years of experience leading technical or IT teams is required
  • Bachelor's level degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent is required; an advanced degree and/or professional technology certification is preferred.
  • Must possess experience in solution architecture.
  • Must possess 10+ years SAP ERP integration experience (ECC or S/4HANA).
  • Must possess Supply Chain experience.
  • Must possess experience in large scale global integration solutions.
  • Must possess SAP ERP techno-functional skills.
  • Cross-functional supply knowledge is a plus (plan/source/make/deliver/finance)
  • Must possess experience in Application Integration and Data Integrations.
  • Must possess experience in one of the integration technologies (Mulesoft experience is a plus).
  • Must be familiar with external integrations (e.g EDI, government entities)
  • Must be familiar with API technologies (ODATA, REST, SOAP), event driven pattern and SAP native integration methods and protocols.
  • Skilled at engaging and forming relationships with business partners required.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate the complexities of technical program.
  • Must have proficiency with information technologies in a GxP, SoX and secure environment.
  • Focuses on continuous learning by seeking out and educating the stakeholders integration domain.
  • Familiarity in agile framework, DevOps, agile tools and architecture framework & tools (SAFe, Confluence, JIRA, TOGAF, LeanIX, Visio) is a plus.
