In this role, you will drive the design and implementation of data architecture solutions crucial to a business transformation from SAP ECC to S4 HANA, which is closely tied to an ongoing HR transformation. Ideal Candidate Should Have:
- Expertise in SAP ECC and S4 HANA transformations
- Strong background in data modeling, integration, and migration
- Experience with large-scale business transformations, especially HR-related projects (SuccessFactors)

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and execution of data architecture for SAP S4 transformation initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align data architecture with business objectives, assisting in building the Enterprise Data Model (EDM).
- Develop and maintain essential artifacts like data models, data flow diagrams, and data dictionaries.
- Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
