Job Summary: We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP Support Specialist to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving SAP implementation projects and day-to-day support, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining the highest levels of client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities: - Provide day-to-day support and maintenance for SAP ERP, mainly focusing on SD module, including incident resolution, user support, and system enhancements. Cowork with the HQ ERP team for support related to the other modules.
- Support ongoing projects and initiatives, conduct system testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing for SAP SD configurations and enhancements.
- Assist in the implementation of SAP system upgrades, patches, and enhancements; develop and maintain documentation related to SAP SD processes, configurations, and user guides
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 5 years or more of experience in SAP support, with a focus on the SD module, preferably with exposure to S/4HANA.
- Strong understanding of SAP SD processes and system operations, and knowledge of additional SAP modules is a plus. Experience with SAP integration with other modules (e.g., MM, FI/CO) is desirable.
- Basic proficiency in ABAP coding is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to analyze complex technical issues.
- Effective communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Salary Range: $120,000 to $140,000 based on the individual's skills, qualifications, experience, job grade, and geographic location
