As part of Accenture, you will be working with an ambitious, collaborative team more empowered than ever to help customers modernize their IT for the AI era.The Work:The primary responsibility of this role is to be a value architect for a variety of opportunities ranging from small- sized to large opportunities involving Application Managed Services and Professional services for Enterprise IT Systems , with the ability to individually create Solutions leveraging deep solutioning and delivery experience in one or more areas, while being able to develop these in a collaborative basis with the client including advising/co-creating the solutions.Role Expectations:Architect the technology solution during pre-sales sales cycle.Represent the solution in conversation with Operating Group leadership and sales team, senior client buyers and functional ownersDrive the necessary Technology Delivery sign off on solutions with proper input from the Operating Groups on client business objectives, industry, risk assessment, budget and preferencesWork with the Operating Group sales team and Subject Matter Experts as required during the sales process; communicate/collaborate with delivery organization(s)Promote the use of standards in solutions by coordinating with Legal and Commercial and directing Corporate Development Transaction ServicesCollaborate with the Operating Groups to provide input to Terms and Conditions, and in some cases, be accountable for specific contractual terms and conditionsWork with Technology leadership to identify Point of Contact for delivery. Where appropriate, lead stabilization efforts on client dealsTravel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.Here's what you need:Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Technology Environment with a strong focus on SAP Technical (Basis/Security) managed and/or professional services solutions.Minimum of 5 years of experience in Solution Planning and Deal Shaping.Minimum of 2 years of SAP technical experience (Basis, ABAP, BTP, Fiori, Data Migrations, etc.)Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associate's Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience)Bonus points if you have:You have strong technical and/or functional solutioning with expertise in other SAP ERP Components(SAP Solution Manager, SAP S/4HANA with RISE, GRC).You have expertise/ experience in Managed Services delivery for SAP ERP systems either as a client or as a client facing delivery lead.You have expertise/ experience in Professional Services delivery for SAP ERP systems either as a client or as a client facing delivery lead.You have expertise in SAP ERP systems with an ability to give an Industry view of application portfolio rationalization / modernization / cloud transformation.You have very good interpersonal and communication skills, the ability to influence and build relationships with key stakeholders.You have good understanding of the application and infrastructure ecosystem in terms of Products and Technologies.You have the ability to understand client business and technology drivers- business IT alignment.You have strong capability to estimate, size, and come up with dependencies/assumptions in solutioning.You have the ability to work across levels at the client; exposure to NA geography is a good additional skillYou have strong aptitude to be an individual contributor.You have experience and exposure in collaborative technology solutioning including client workshops, joint solutioning sessions, and co-creation sessions.You are a expert in formulating the solution storyline, ability to collaborate in creating client value propositions, Product/Concept selling, Pre-sales/Solution Architecting, Executive Presence.You have experience in one or two major industries (utilities/chemicals/oil-gas, consumer goods/manufacturing/retail/pharma/life sciences, comms media and technology, health and public services, financial services).Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
