Sarah Flint Is Hiring A Part-Time Customer Experience Associate In New York, NY By The Citizen on September 5, 2024 The Customer Experience Associate is primarily responsible for day-to-day customer communication by building and maintaining long-term customer relationships and providing unique and genuine experiences. They are dedicated to being at the front lines for the Customer Experience team by handling a majority of customer inquiries, delivering excellence from the time a customer places an order to the moment a customer opens their package. The ideal candidate demonstrates a love to delight customers with the highest standards of service, is empathetic to customer challenges, and can turn around challenging situations to create long-term customers!KEY RESPONSIBILITIESââ  Act as the main point of contact through all channels of customer communication such as email, phone, text messages, live chats, and social media within set company guidelines including internal SLAs, policies, processes, etc.ââ  Act as a product expert, able to speak to all products and collaborations in the Sarah Flint assortment and providing detailed fit guidance. Upsell and make product recommendations to customers when appropriate.ââ  Deliver exceptional, personalized customer experiences. The Sarah Flint approach is friendly and welcoming throughout every interaction. Build strong, meaningful relationships with your customers, both new and repeat, to elevate their shopping experience, and always think creatively to save the sale  when challenges arise.ââ  Utilize all platforms in unison to understand the 360 view of a customer's account and inquiry.ââ  Demonstrate a strong understanding of company services, policy, and backend processes to assist customers and support company sales goals.ââ  Maintain customer records by updating account information within all systems to ensure all team members have the most accurate information.ââ  Advocate for the best customer experience possible by regularly passing along feedback to the management team; Champion company core values and support a healthy organizational culture.ROLE REQUIREMENTSââ  Passionate about fashion and have 1-2 years experience in a similar customer-facing role (remote experience preferred).ââ  Previous experience with platforms such as Gladly, Shopify, Slack, FedEx, Asana, Loop, Google Suite preferred.ââ  Strong written/verbal communication skills as well as exceptional attention to detail.ââ  Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment; strong organizational and time management skills.ââ  Energetic, confident personality mixed with a strong work ethic and a can-do attitude.IMPORTANT NOTESââ  Sarah Flint's Customer Experience Team is available Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 6 PM, and we are looking for open availability during this time.ââ  While weekend hours are not currently available, we request open availability for weekends during high volume periods (such as holiday periods).ââ  Candidate is required to have all equipment needed for the role (see below).ââ  Quiet, uninterrupted working environment.ââ  Internet speed of 100/kbps or higher.ââ  A working computer with the following specifications:ââ  Processor - Intel(R) Core (TM) i3-4130 CPU @ 3.40GHz, 3400 Mhz, 2 Core(s), 4 Logical Processor(s).ââ  Installed Physical Memory (RAM) - 4.00 GB.ââ  System Type - 64-bit.ââ  Free Memory - 500 MB.ââ  Windows 7 and beyond OR Mac OSX.ââ  A working headset (wired preferred but Bluetooth is acceptable).ââ  Ability to view, download, and save PDF files.#J-18808-Ljbffr
