Location = Rhode island (onsite position) Rate = $60/ hr hour C2C (max - no flexibility) 3 open positions Job Description: Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer and maintain the SAS platform, including installations, configurations, and updates.
  • Monitor system performance and ensure high availability of SAS applications.
  • Manage user access and permissions, ensuring data security and compliance.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to SAS applications.
  • Collaborate with SAS developers, data scientists, and analysts to optimize code performance.
  • In-depth knowledge of SAS Risk Governance Framework, including experience with the configuration, maintenance, and optimization of this solution.
  • Understanding of risk management principles and regulatory compliance, with the ability to align SAS Risk Governance Framework with industry best
  • Experience in setting up and managing risk models, stress testing, and scenario analysis within the SAS environment. practices.
  • Knowledge of scripting and automation tools to streamline repetitive tasks related to risk management.
  • Familiarity with data integration, data lineage, and data governance in the context of risk management
  • Assist in the deployment of SAS Solution for CECL and provide ongoing support.
  • Knowledge of credit risk modeling, credit risk data, and financial reporting to support CECL calculations.
  • Experience working with financial accounting standards (e.g., ASC 326) and understanding the impact on CECL calculations. Proven experience in maintaining SAS Solution for CECL in compliance with financial regulations and accounting standards.
  • Proficiency in configuring and customizing SAS Solution for CECL based on the specific needs of the organization and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for SAS configurations, processes, and best practices.
  • Stay updated with the latest SAS technologies and recommend upgrades and enhancements.
  • Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (Computer Science, Information Technology, etc.).
  • Proven experience as a SAS Administrator or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of SAS Risk Governance Framework, SAS Solution for CECL, and SAS Code.
  • Proficiency in SAS software installation, configuration, and administration.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Familiarity with data security and compliance standards.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • SAS certification is a plus.
