Unix and Active Directory knowledge is important because sometimes, user access is related to AD group membership and permissions. • User Access Reviews every 6 months • Periodic Reviews every 2 years - for SAS GxP-only • Backup and restore testing • Change Management - manage CRs for releases • Requesting creation of BAM workflows • Requesting stop/restart of servers - need to understand AWS Cloud • For SAS Non-GxP, an understanding of odbc connection.
