This role ensures that facilities are well-maintained,compliant with health and safety regulations, and equipped to meet the needs ofthe staff and operations. The Facilities Manager will coordinate building repairs,vendor relationships, space planning, and sustainability initiatives, whilealso managing budgets, scheduling, and emergency preparedness. Provides oversight, supervision, and coaching toFacilities staff and contractors. This position will build and maintainpositive and collaborative working relationships with all departments to ensureevery aspect of the organ donation process supports Donor Network of Arizona'smission, vision, and core values. Performs policy development, implementation, revisionand obsoletion as needed for the department. Ensures day-to-day operationalprocesses, procedures, and job instructions, are aligned with the overalldepartment strategy and follow all applicable standard operation procedures,regulatory and affiliated program requirements. Annual budget and staffingplanning. Develops and enforces security policies, procedures,and protocols to safeguard company assets. Conducts security audits andassessments to identify vulnerabilities and implement preventive measures.Investigates security breaches, responds to security incidents, and documentsfindings for further action. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalentexperience required. 5 years of facilities maintenance supervisoryexperience required. 5 years of leadership experience at a supervisor levelor above, OR 3 years at a manager level or above. PreferredCertifications/Experience:(IFMA) certification and/or other senior professionallevel facilities certification. 5 years of facilities/inventory management experiencein a health care environment. Comprehensive knowledge around facility systems andoperations. Donor Network of Arizona is a drug free workplace.
