JOB SUMMARY
Under general supervision and following established guidelines, the Human Resources Coordinator provides administrative support and coordination of day-to- day Human Resource operations. The position requires involvement with sensitive and confidential information and use of discretion and judgment. Complies with all regulations which apply within the scope of the position, including Bank Secrecy Act.

QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION: Bachelor's degree in Business-related major.
EXPERIENCE: Prior experience in SBA/commercial lending; familiar with SBA financial programs, especially 7a and 504.
