Details Client NameSt. Barnabas Hospital Job TypeTravel OfferingNursing ProfessionRN SpecialtyER Job ID29891632 Job TitleSBH - Level 3 ER RN NIGHTS Weekly Pay$2568.13 Shift Details ShiftNight - 11.5x3 - 07PM Scheduled Hours34 Job Order Details Start Date01/13/2025 End Date04/12/2025 Duration13 Week(s) Job Description Job Title: Registered Nurse - ER Nurse Night Shift Job Specialty: Emergency Room Nursing Job Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: Nights, 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM Guaranteed Hours: Not specified Experience: Minimum of 2 years recent ER RN experience; Must have travel experience License: Valid RN License Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC (Mandatory) Must-Have: Ventilator experience, COVID Vaccination Card Job Description: - Assess patients' clinical conditions, recognize, identify, and interpret serious situations, prioritize, and take proper action.- Initiate appropriate measures in emergency situations when a physician is not immediately available.- Operate and monitor general and specialized emergency care equipment, including infusion pumps, pulse oximeters, ventilators, and cardiac monitors.- Administer therapeutic measures as prescribed by the physician, such as medications and IV therapy affecting hemodynamic status, respiratory therapy, and mechanical ventilation.- Record observations, nursing interventions, therapeutic measures administered, and coordinate activities with other professional disciplines.- Document specific health care requirements for patients and prepare written assignments for team members, matching their skills and abilities to patient care needs.- Plan, develop, and implement care delivery plans and coordinate the documentation of care.- Take responsibility for maintaining adequate supplies and equipment, general upkeep of the unit, and ensuring a safe environment.- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and perform multi-tasking.- Good written and verbal communication skills.- Availability to float to ICU and Medical-Surgical units if needed.- Must work every other weekend and holidays.- Required to wear red scrubs.
