Description
Regular Schedule: Monday-Friday and every other Saturday. Start time/end time will vary slightly based on work volumes. Start can be expected between 8:30am-9:30am and end around 4:30-5:30pm. Overtime can be expected regularly throughout the week as well.
Onboarding Schedule: Orientation will be held remotely on day one. Start date is TBD.
Training: Onsite training would be 8:30am-3pm Monday-Friday for the first week. Regular hours would begin week 2.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
+ Responsible for the operation and maintenance of the scanning equipment. This includes processing prepped documents onto scanner, and making appropriate adjustments.
+ Retrieves box from the shelf and removes documents from the box in sort order.
+ Jog paper source for proper imaging feed prior to scanning.
+ Scans paper documents to reproduce as digital copy to be stored on a secure server. Repack hard copy to be shipped for storage.
+ Inputs appropriate settings onto scanner computer screen by manipulating a mouse, typing from a keyboard or using the touchscreen.
+ Analyzes documents in order to produce the appropriate shades and best resolution.
+ Keep accurate account of time spent on each clients work, including time spent obtaining information, scanning, prepping, or other functions.
+ Troubleshooting technical difficulties and making appropriate adjustments.
+ Performs daily maintenance of scanner machine.
+ Reference work instructions as needed.
+ Required to attend mandatory meetings and trainings, work scheduled overtime with minimal notice, and perform other duties as assigned per business needs.
Qualification Requirements:
To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following:
+ Must be at least 18 years of age.
+ Able to read, write and speak English.
+ Able to maintain confidential information.
+ Successfully pass and maintain acceptable background checks and security clearances.
+ High school diploma, or equivalent.
+ Basic computer knowledge and Microsoft Suite experience.
