Ensures all operational and safety procedures are properly followed, maintaining a clean and safe work area.Perform all steps required to assign P.O. Box to postal patrons.Perform all steps necessary to activate a P.O. box.Perform all steps necessary to deactivate a P.O. BoxDistribute all mail, UPS, Fedex and other carriers into corresponding receptacles.Sort and group all mails by proper class.Records accountable mail on receipts before deliveryMaintains postal records, prepares forms and reports.Provides assistance to customers concerning mail matters and briefings incoming and outgoing personnel on postal procedures.Provides professional friendly customer service.Conduct month inspections of all assigned receptacles, ensuring compliance with P.W.S.Assist in other areas when needed.Performance of other related functions as directed by supervisor.
