  • Ensures all operational and safety procedures are properly followed, maintaining a clean and safe work area.
  • Perform all steps required to assign P.O. Box to postal patrons.
  • Perform all steps necessary to activate a P.O. box.
  • Perform all steps necessary to deactivate a P.O. Box
  • Distribute all mail, UPS, Fedex and other carriers into corresponding receptacles.
  • Sort and group all mails by proper class.
  • Records accountable mail on receipts before delivery
  • Maintains postal records, prepares forms and reports.
  • Provides assistance to customers concerning mail matters and briefings incoming and outgoing personnel on postal procedures.
  • Provides professional friendly customer service.
  • Conduct month inspections of all assigned receptacles, ensuring compliance with P.W.S.
  • Assist in other areas when needed.
