Overview: The SCA Expeditor is responsible for operating material handling equipment for the purpose of receiving, delivering, moving, locating, relocating, stacking and counting production and non-production parts. The Expeditor is accountable for the safe and efficient operation of forklifts and maintains material and parts inventory status information to expedite movement of material and parts between production areas, according to predetermined production schedules: reads production schedules, inventory reports, and work orders to determine type and quantity of materials required, availability of stock, and order priority. May direct or request information from other material handlers regarding the location or movement of inventory or inventory equipment to expedite transfer of materials from stock area to production areas. Identifies damaged parts in kits and notifies the plant of the shortage. Holds incomplete kits in inventory location until damaged parts are replaced and kit is complete. Responsibilities:
We are excited to share the base hourly rate for this position is $27.37/HOUR. NFI takes into consideration applicants' qualifications, experience, education, geographic location, when determining a starting rate of pay. This position may also be eligible for an additional $1.00/HOUR based on shift work.
