Trillium Staffing is now seeking a Scale Attendant for a project role! Tentative start date would be November 11th, 2024 and continue for 3-4 months. The normal working hours would be from 6:45am - 5:15pm Monday-Thursday with a 1-hour lunch break. Pay rate is $19 per hour. Essential Job Functions: 1. Greets customers and collects payment according to the quantity and type of waste being deposited. Performs random load waste screening. 2. Answers phones, responds to inquiries, transfers callers to the appropriate personnel and otherwise presents the department in positive manner. 3. Assists Book Keeper in maintaining financial records using word and excel. 4. Performs various clerical duties including data entry, typing, filing, copying, making bank deposits, maintaining office supplies, and processing and distributing daily mail. 5. Maintains files and records for the landfill including roll-off inventory, waste characterization sheets, drivers manifests and expiration dates. 6. Assists with roll-off functions. Takes orders, schedules pick-up and drop-off services. 7. participates in safety training and attends safety meetings. Adheres closely to all safety policies and regulations to assure the safety of employees and the public. Apply now!
