Pay Rate: The pay rate for this job is $17 - $20 / hour What you'll be doing as an Scale Operator:
- Answers telephone
- Oversee scale operation
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly manner, provide quality customer service
- Provide metal recycling information to customers
- Transaction computer entries
- Prepare daily/weekly ATM and cash reports
- Balance and handle cash drawer on a daily basis
- Prepares customer BOLs
- Compiles and fax weights shipped to customers post shipments as per customer expectations
- Other projects as necessary
Available shifts: Shift Timings - 1st Shift (Day) Job requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Computer competency
- Weights and measures background a plus
- Book keeping skills
- Basic mathematical skills
- Exceptional customer service skills
