We offer a wide array of evidence-based services, including mental health and substance abuse treatment, housing, job placement, care coordination, healthcare, and creative arts therapies.As a Clinical Coordinator, you'll play a crucial role in assessing and addressing clinical issues that affect residents' success in supportive housing. Join us in making a meaningful impact and supporting individuals on their path to thriving.Essential Position Functions:Provide intensive in-home counseling and/or linkage to referrals for a small caseload of residents living in Bridge housing throughout the Bronx and Manhattan.Work collaboratively with internal departments and external providers to coordinate care.Provide clinical direction and guidance to supportive housing staff.Promote physical and mental health, safety, well-being, and recovery with clients.QualificationsRequired Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:A Master's degree in Social Work or Mental Health Counseling.Two years of experience working with individuals facing substance abuse and mental health issues.Strong computer literacy required; proficiency in using Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems to document services.Knowledge of AWARDS, CARES, and BCS systems is advantageous.Potential for clinical supervision to accumulate LCSW/LMHC hours, contingent on staff availability.Provided with an unlimited monthly MetroCard for commuting needs.Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is a plus.The Bridge Inc. is an Affirmative Action / Equal Opportunity Employer
