Role: SCCM Engineer / Lead
Location : MINNEAPOLIS, USA ( Hybrid , 2-3 days in a week work from office location)
The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing high-quality applications. They will also be responsible for designing and implementing testable and scalable code.
Position Details :
We are looking for a SCCM Lead with hands on experience in troubleshooting and problem resolution, to include but not limited to, issues with site-to-site communication, package distribution, SCCM advanced client and operating system deployment (OSD)., patch management and Software deployment, trouble shoot and log analysis.
-Application packaging skills
- System Center Configuration Manager
-Achieve tasks automation for OSD and applications
-Create architectural diagrams, project plans and presentations.
-Create custom OSD Task Sequences utilizing Microsoft scripting technologies and components such as Shell, VBScript, WMI, .NET and XML for captured images.
-Provide Tier 3 technical support for remote SMS Administrators in order to provide in depth troubleshooting for OSD related deployment issues.
-Device Management via MDM solution, Device limitation control, Publication of application via MDM solution, Publication of wallpaper
-Configuring the policies according to the Company Owned Device & Employee owned device managing the MDM console, Managing & monitoring devices., Publication of report
-Aware of Android & IOS devices settings, Enrollment of Android & IOS device, Windows Device management, MAC device management
Pushing the policies to end user devices
-Creating OU according organization need and applying policies , Publication of application & Testing of application, App wrapping, Published app without app wrapping
-Managing MDM console, End User device configuration.
-Email Configuration, Patch management via MDM solution
Pre-requisites:
10+ Years with a min of 5 years in managing large SCCM environment and handling OSD and app deployment
-Strong hands on experience on Microsoft SCCM in a large environment
-Strong hands on knowledge in VB and XML scripts to automate tasks
-Prior experience is designing and using USMT solution and OS migration
-Must be able to contribute new ideas and solutions to achieve task automation and reporting
-Prior experience of designing OSD solutions for operating system migration from win 7 to Win 10
-Experience in updating Win 10 image and concepts of ‘Windows as a Service'
-Testing and Integrating hardware drivers
-Excellent communication skills ability to correspond efficiently and effectively.
-Technical documentation of standard procedures and manuals related to SCCM
