Responsibilities

  • Provide Schedule Management Support for DLH's Defense Health Agency (DHA) Solution Delivery Division (SDD) client. Responsibilities include:
  • Establish and maintain an Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) in accordance with DID DI-MGMT-81650 “Integrated Master Schedule”. The IMS shall be used to verify the attainability of task order objectives, to evaluate progress towards meetings program objectives, and to integrate the program schedule activities with all related components.
  • Produce, review, evaluate, and analyze all SDD projects with an integrated IMS. The IMS shall depict task order milestones, accomplishments, and discrete tasks/activities from task order award to completion of a task order and other required fields for all programs, projects, and initiatives under the executive management of the respective PMO supported.
  • Develop, review, evaluate and analyze SDD project Enterprise IMS which includes projects across the PMOs. The IMS shall depict task order milestones, accomplishments, and discrete tasks/activities from task order award to completion of a task order and other required fields for all programs, projects, and initiatives under the executive management of SDD and Programmatic Schedule.
  • Produce regular IMS updates for assigned projects and provide weekly/monthly project status/tasks reports to requesting PMO leadership.
  • Facilitate/Assist required scheduling meetings – Agenda, Minutes and Artifacts to provide the stakeholders with increased visibility of planned dates and a forum that ensures scheduling risks and issues are efficiently communicated & effectively mitigated.
  • Provide training quarterly and as needed when new personal are on boarded, all SDD staff requiring Microsoft Project training, to include, scheduling best practices and guidance on managing a standardized scheduling template, as provided by SDD/PSB.
  • Provide project-level and program level scheduling support. Attend project level meetings such as milestone meetings to capture pertinent information for the IMS. Attend program level meetings such as SDD Integrated Configuration Control Board to capture pertinent information for the IMS.
  • Attend weekly Enterprise IMS scheduling meetings and brief status of IMS depicting any major milestones, accomplishments and/or concerns.
  • Participate in Analysis of Alternatives (AoA) to assist with identifying an Enterprise IMS tool. Attend Integrated Product Team (IPT) meetings, perform analysis of optional tools and provide documented feedback. Subsequently, after tool selection, assist with implementation of tool across SDD.
  • Provide SDD Quarterly IPR Support to ensure synchronicity between project schedules and information within the IPR.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree and 3 years of project experience.
  • Knowledge and experience with project scheduling and MS Project software required.
  • Ability to develop an Integrated Master Schedule (IMS).
  • Knowledge of the PMBOK process inputs, tools and techniques, outputs.
  • PMP certification preferred.
  • Excellent organizational and both oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work well with a team, execute tasks and projects in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Ability to write and present effective project materials, presentations, status-reporting, etc.

Basic Compensation: $75,000 to $85,000 yearly salary

The salary offered within this range will be based on the selected candidates' skills, experience, education, market data, and internal parity. DLH may offer other rewards that may include performance incentives and program-specific awards. An applicant's salary history will not be used to determine compensation.
