Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Scheduler to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project scheduling within the engineering field, specifically in the construction sector, with a minimum of 5 years of experience. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Responsibilities:
  • Develop, maintain, and manage project schedules using MS Project.
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders.
  • Identify potential scheduling delays and develop mitigation plans.
  • Monitor project progress and update schedules accordingly.
  • Prepare and present schedule reports to management and clients.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Conduct regular schedule reviews and updates to maintain accuracy and relevance.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project scheduling, in the construction industry
  • Proficient in scheduling software MS Project.
  • Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Candidate must be bilingual - English and Spanish.
  • Resource must live in Puerto Rico.
  • EIT or PE preferred, but not mandatory.
