As a Scheduler at our skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility, you play a vital role in ensuring the efficient operation of a nursing home or long-term care facility. This position involves managing the scheduling of staff, and assisting in maintaining a high standard of care for residents. QUALIFICATIONS FOR A SCHEDULER

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or coursework in healthcare administration or related field is preferred.
  • Prior experience in scheduling within a healthcare or long-term care setting is an asset.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in computer software applications, including scheduling.
  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards.
