Job Summary

The Nursing Scheduler position is an integral part of our nursing team at Green Mountain,

the scheduler helps our nursing department function exceptionally well by successfully

scheduling our nursing staff allowing our residents to receive excellent care

on a daily basis.

Responsibilities and Duties

We seek a professional to manage the daily nursing schedules .

Must communicate effectively with RNs, LPNs and LNAs to create cost effective

staffing patterns on all shifts.

Utilize scheduling software to streamline the process and reduce overtime costs.

Build a strong rapport with our nursing team.

Qualifications and Skills

Experience as a Nurse Scheduler in long term care a plus but not necessary

Must pass required background checks

Must be proficient in computers working with word,excel and the ability to learn different software programs

Job Type: Full-time

Expected hours: 40 per week
