Responsibilities of a Scheduler:

• Coordinate and manage staffing schedules for nursing and support staff.
• Ensure appropriate staffing levels are maintained across all shifts.
• Collaborate with department managers to fill open shifts and manage overtime effectively.
• Monitor attendance records and manage time-off requests.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of staffing schedules and personnel data.
• Assist in recruiting and onboarding new staff members.
• Communicate effectively with staff regarding schedule changes and updates.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and facility policies related to staffing.

Qualifications of a Scheduler:

• Experience in staffing coordination, preferably in a healthcare or long-term care setting.
• Responsible, ready, and eager to work
